Introduction

Bio Ligence Co., Ltd. ("Hype", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you. It covers hype.bio.co.th, the Hype Health App, Hype devices and Hype Labs services.

Data we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

Personal data: name, email, phone and delivery address when you order or create an account.
Health data: readings from your Hype Ring, Scale and Labs panels — sleep, heart rate, HRV, body composition, biomarkers — stored under your account alone.
Usage data: app feature usage and crash logs, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
Device data: device model, OS version and firmware version for compatibility and updates.

How we use it

To deliver readings and insights to you; to sync your data across your devices; to fulfil orders and warranty claims; to answer support requests; to improve accuracy of our algorithms using de-identified aggregates; and to send service messages you opted into. The AI coach reads only your own data and is engineered not to invent numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell health data — our business is hardware. We share data only with: partner laboratories (to perform the blood draw you booked), payment processors (to charge you), delivery carriers (name, address, phone), and authorities when Thai law requires it. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.

Family members on one scale each have a private profile — readings are never visible across profiles.

Cookies

The website uses strictly-necessary cookies (theme, language, cart) and privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site advertising trackers. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser.

Your PDPA rights

You may at any time:

Access — export everything we hold about you (CSV/JSON) from Settings → Your data.
Correct — fix inaccurate profile or health data.
Delete — permanently erase your account and all readings, no questions asked.
Port — take your data to another service in a machine-readable format.
Withdraw consent — stop any optional processing without losing core functionality.
